Now we started manufacturing oxygen, nitrogen and acetylene plants with the best technology and design available.

Oxygen Plants:

Oxygen plants available in capacities from 20 M3/Hr to 800 M3/Hr producing medical oxygen and industrial oxygen upto 99.9% purity at 150 kgs/cm2 (200 kgs/ cm2 optional).

Nitrogen Plants:

Nitrogen plants are available in capacities from 20m3/hr to 800m3/hr at a purity of 99.5% to 99.99% to max purity of 5 PPM and at a pressure of 150 kgs/cm2 to 300 kgs/cm2. Liquid nitrogen tapping arrangements will be available at option.

Acetylene Plants:

Acetylene plants available in capacity 15 M3/Hr, 25M3/Hr, 50 M3/Hr.and 100 M3/Hr. for filling in cylinders upto 15 kgs/cm2. Acetylene gas can also supply in gas pipe lines at required pressure to the required destinations to the work place.

Air separation plants:

Air separation plants separate atmospheric air into its primary components, typically nitrogen and oxygen sometimes also argon and rarely other inert gases. There are various technologies that are used for the separation process; the most common is via cryogenic distillation.
