Now we started manufacturing oxygen, nitrogen and acetylene plants with the best technology and design available. The design of our oxygen / nitrogen plants are based on liquification and double rectification of purified atmospheric air and condensing of pure oxygen and nitrogen which are pumped separately for cylinder filling or collected in special tanks at low pressure. Our plants are running at low and medium pressure, insulated with special material for the best and trouble free operation, low production cost and minimum maintenance and shutdown. The vast experience in this field able to achieve us a high standard and trouble free operation of the plants.
Looking at the present scenario it is best option to set up oxygen, nitrogen and acetylene plants of “Oxyplants" make which are best in design, trouble free operation, lowest maintenance and running cost and with long life. We manufacture these plants with various options & capacities ranging from 30 m3 /hr to 800 m3 /hr. gas, partial gas and liquid or 100% liquid to suit to the customers requirement. The investment will be depending on capacity and special features but much less comparing to other brands and area required will be about 1000sq.ft to 5000sq.ft
